Ever pass by a Le Creuset store and fell in love with the colourful cookwares?

Le Creuset’s first piece of cookware colour is Flame. All Le Creuset cast iron comes only in this colour for next 3 decades until year 1955. Elysées yellow was introduced in 1956, and the most expensive sets ever sold belonged Marilyn Monroe. Since then, Le Creuset has been constantly introducing new colours into their collection.

There are more than 100 colours available worldwide, but only a handful are accessible in each country. Some Le Creuset fans even fly to a certain country to get a particular colour that they want. We remember the Sorbet Collection launched in Australia in year 2017. Thanks to the personal shoppers service, excited fans in Malaysia was able to get them even before they were launched in Malaysia.

In year 2016, Le Creuset X Hello Kitty Dinnerware Collection were launched in Hong Kong and it immediately set a crazy collecting wave across Asia. Fans searched high and low for this collection and many were left disappointed when the collection were officially sold out.
